Batu Caves is one of Malaysia’s top tourist hotspots and a sacred landmark for Hindu devotees. It is home to the tallest Lord Murugan statue in the world. In 2006, a 140 feet tall golden painted statue of Lord Murugan was erected. This 100 year old temple incorporates both the stunning features of Malaysia’s limestone mountains and religious sculptures of the Hindu faith.
